Golf Professionals at Glendale Lakes Golf Club

Jennifer Ferrell

Jennifer Ferrell has been the Head Golf Professional at Glendale Lakes Golf Club since the fall of 2002. Jennifer grew up in Naperville, IL and had a successful high school golf career that earned her a golf scholarship to Illinois State University where she graduated with a degree in Recreation and Park Administration.  She began her professional career working for four years as an Assistant golf professional at Naperbrook Golf Course in Naperville, IL. In the Spring of 2002, she earned her Class “A” membership into the PGA of America. Of the 23,800 PGA Members there are only a little more than 100 that are women. In the fall of 2002, Jennifer started her Head Professional career at Glendale Lakes and then worked toward her membership into the LPGA which was completed in 2004. Jennifer is also serves at Glenbard East High School as the Assistant Girls Golf Coach. Golf runs in Jennifer’s family as her husband Cory is also a golf professional.

 

Steve Solesky

Steve Solesky has been the Assistant Golf Professional at Glendale Lakes Golf Club since the spring of 2008. Steve grew up in Buffalo Grove, IL and before coming to Glendale Lakes worked at White Deer Run in Vernon Hills, and Maple Meadows in Wood Dale, IL. Steve has been working towards his PGA membership and in February 2014 completed the Professional Golf Management instruction necessary to become a Class A PGA Professional. Steve has instruction and club fitting experience with golfers of every level and enjoys teaching any skill level.
